This Privacy Policy governs your agreement to privacy terms concerning information you may provide directly or indirectly to Reischling Press Inc. ("Nowvel"). This Privacy Policy describes how Nowvel treats information that you provide to us or that we gather from you in connection with your use of the Service (as defined in the Terms of Service).By using this website and accepting the Terms of Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and other information collected by Nowvel through your use of the Service and does not apply to any other information collected by Nowvel through other means, including but not limited to offline or on sites linked to through the Service. Nowvel considers PII to be information that can be used to directly identify a specific individual, such as name, address, email address, or phone number. We do not consider PII to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.

When you navigate away from the Service to websites or mobile applications controlled by third parties, you leave the Service, at which point our Privacy Policy no longer applies. We do not provide a notice warning our users when they are leaving our website.


Nowvel collects PII when you provide information necessary to use Nowvel, such as the login credentials for your mail or social networking accounts that you link to Nowvel. For example, when you provide your Facebook credentials, we may collect the PII you have made publicly available in Facebook, such as your name and profile picture. We may also collect PII from you in other ways, including but not limited to contacts with our customer support team and payment information provided when you make purchases from Nowvel.

Whenever you use Nowvel, Nowvel may receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including but not limited to your IP address, Nowvel cookie information, and the pages you request, and relate it to the PII you provide. Nowvel uses this information to provide the Service, to improve our products and services, to contact you, to conduct research, and to develop and maintain anonymous or aggregated data and analytics.

In connection with our mobile software application, Nowvel may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain data that does not directly identify you, such as: (i) device properties, including, but not limited to, unique device identifier or other device identifier ("UDID"); (ii) device software platform and firmware; (iii) mobile phone carrier; (iv) geographical data such as country or region; and (v) other similar data that is reasonably required by Nowvel to enhance the Service and other Nowvel products and services. Nowvel does not share such data with third parties.

Nowvel may use and disclose to Nowvel's service providers the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of the Service, advertisement serving, managing and providing the Service, and to further develop the Service and other Nowvel services and products.

Nowvel uses "cookies." Cookies are small text files that we place in visitors' computer browsers to store their preferences. Most browsers allow you to manage cookies including blocking and deleting them. If you block or delete our cookies, Nowvel may not work as well or at all for you.

You recognize and agree that the service providers utilized by Nowvel may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.


We use PII for internal and service related purposes only, including processing and completing any transactions. Nowvel does not rent, sell, or share PII with other people or nonaffiliated companies for marketing purposes. We may allow access to data that is not PII to develop improvements to the Service.

We may disclose PII to third parties who are assisting us in protecting against or preventing actual or potential fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims or other liabilities, or to investigate potential fraudulent or questionable activities. We may disclose PII, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We may disclose PII in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or suspected fraud, violations of our Terms of Service, or as we believe may be otherwise required by law.

If all or substantially all of Nowvel or its assets are sold or transferred, PII and other information we have collected may be treated as an asset and transferred in accordance with this Policy.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to Nowvel, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Nowvel account.

Nowvel may contain links to other sites. Any information you provide on those sites is provided directly to the owner of that site and is subject to that party's privacy policy. Our privacy policy does not apply to such sites, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of those sites.


Nowvel limits access to your PII. We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in an effort to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and use correctly the PII we collect from you. However, no data transmissions through the Internet or mobile devices, or even the physical transfer of information, can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot eliminate all security risks associated with personal information and technical mistakes are possible. We do not ensure or warrant the security of any data or information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

If Nowvel learns of a security systems breach impacting your PII, then we may attempt to notify you electronically. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues. We may post a notice on our website if a security breach occurs. If this happens, you will need a web browser enabling you to view and access Nowvel. We may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us, if any. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. Nowvel is hosted in and intended for use in the United States by U.S. residents. We may transfer your PII within Nowvel in accordance with this policy.

If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your personal information to the United States to Nowvel. By providing your PII you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Policy.


The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) defines personal information as "individually identifiable information," including things like a first and last name, a street address, an email address, or a telephone number. COPPA places requirements on websites that collect such information from children. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OR OLDER TO REGISTER AND USE THE SERVICE. If you are under the age of 13, you must use an account created by a parent or guardian, and you must have the explicit permission of a parent or guardian to use the Service.

Our service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

If you have an account, you can access and modify the personal information you provided us that is associated with your account. You may "opt out" of receiving marketing or promotional emails from us by changing your account preferences or by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out of these messages, you will still receive emails from us, about your account, our services and other pertinent information related to our services. These communications are considered part of the service and your account, which you cannot opt-out from receiving.

If you want to delete your information and your account, please contact us with a request that we delete your account and information. We will take steps to delete your information as soon as is practicable, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records and as otherwise required by law.
